Bioactivity LDD39 is a PROTAC targeting RET protein, capable of achieving robust and sustained degradation of total RET (tRET) protein in vivo and inhibiting phosphorylated RET (pRET) signaling. LDD39 is formed by conjugating an E3 ligase ligand (HY-170371) and a target protein ligand (HY-170373) through a linker (HY-30105) (E3 ligase ligand+Linker: HY-170374)[1].
