Invitro | L-threo-PPMP (0.5-20 μM) induces apoptosis in carcinoma (Colo-205; SKBR3) cells after 6 h and damaging DNA between 24 and 48 h after treatment[1]. L-threo-PPMP (1-16 μM; 48 hours) includes Caspase-3 activation in breast cancer SKBR3 cells[1]. |
