Invitro L-2'-Fd4C (0-10 μM; 9 d; HepG2-2.2.15 cells) inhibits anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV) replication with an EC50 value of 0.002 μM[1].
In Vivo L-2'-Fd4C (100 mg/kg; i.p.; daily, for 7 d) has antihepadnavirus potency in HBV-transgenic mice[1]. Animal Model:
