Bioactivity | L-(+)-threo-Chloramphenicol ((+)-Chloramphenicol) is the S,S-stereoisomer of Chloramphenicol (HY-B0239). L-(+)-Threo-chloramphenicol inhibits protein synthesis in reticulocytes. L-(+)-threo-Chloramphenicol also inhibits the oxidative activity of isolated mitochondria[1][2]. |
