Bioactivity Kazusamycin B is an antibiotic that could be isolated from the fermentation broth of Streptomyces sp. No. 81-484. Kazusamycin B inhibits cell growth and arrests cell cycle at G1 phase. Kazusamycin B can be used in research of cancer[1][2].
