Invitro | KFU-127 (Compound 6b) shows antimycotic activity with MIC values of 0.38, 3.1, 3.1 and 3.1 μg/mL against Candida albicans, Trichophyton rubrum, Aspergillus fumigatus and Fusarium oxysporum, respectively[1].KFU-127 shows antibacterial activity with MIC values of 4, 4, 4 and 16 μg/mL against S. aureus ATCC 29213, B. subtilis 168, S. epidermidis and E. coli MG1655, respectively[1]. |
