Bioactivity | Isopedicin potently and concentration-dependently inhibits superoxide anion (O2 U?) production in formyl-L-methionyl-L-leucyl-L-phenylalanine (FMLP)-activated cells. Isopedicin increases cAMP formation and PKA activity in FMLP-activated cells by inhibiting phosphodiesterase (PDE) activity[1]. |
