Indacaterol acetate inhibits NF-κB activity in a β-arrestin2-dependent manner, preventing further lung damage and improving lung function in COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder). Indacaterol acetate can also be used in cardiovascular disease research[1][2]. |
