ICMT-in-54 inhibits BFC (N-biotinyl-(6-aminohexanoic)-S-farnesyl-L-cysteine) methylation in saccharomyces cerevisiae expressing ICMT, which is an indirect effect of inhibiting ICMT methylation[1]. |
