Bioactivity Homoeriodictyol 7-O-β-D-glucoside is a natural platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonist. Homoeriodictyol 7-O-β-D-glucoside inhibits human and rabbit platelet aggregation induced by PAF, with an IC50 of 0.8 μM[1].
Invitro Homoeriodictyol 7-O-β-D-glucoside significantly inhibits human and rabbit platelet aggregation induced by PAF, but has no inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation induced by Adenosine diphosphate (ADP)[1].
