HDAC1/CDK7-IN-1 inhibits the growth cells of MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, A549, and HCT-116 cancer cells. HDAC1/CDK7-IN-1 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in HCT-116 cells, as well as hindered the migration of HCT-116 cells[1]. |
