HCV-IN-45 inhibits 1a/2a and 1b/2a cell culture-adapted HCV (HCVcc), with EC50 of 0.024 and 0.012μM. HCV-IN-45 inhibits the entry of the virus into hepatocyte, and blocks the cell-cell spread[1]. |
