HBpep-SA acetate is able to directly and efficiently deliver a variety of macromolecules, ranging from therapeutic peptides as small as 726 Da to large enzymes as large as 430 kDa, and the loaded condensates remain stable under near-physiological and serum conditions until internalized by cells.
