Bioactivity Goralatide is a compound that regulates the thermal sensitivity of hematopoietic progenitor cells. It can reduce the thermal sensitivity of normal hematopoietic progenitor cells and increase the difference in thermal sensitivity between leukemia progenitor cells and normal progenitor cells, thereby increasing the inhibition window of hyperthermia therapy.
