Bioactivity	Glycosyltransferase-IN-1 (compound 5m) is a potent glycosyltransferase inhibitor, with an IC50 of 82.8 μM. Glycosyltransferase-IN-1 shows antibacterial activity, with MIC values of 6 μg/mL for MSSA, MRSA, B. subtilis and 12 μg/mL for E. coli[1].
