Bioactivity GPX4-IN-7 (Compound 31), indirubin derivative, is a ferroptosis inducer for colon cancer. GPX4-IN-7 has strong antitumor activity against HCT-116 cells with an IC50 value of 0.49 μM. GPX4-IN-7 can promote the degradation of GPX4, causing the accumulation of lipid ROS to induce ferroptosis[1].
Target IC50: 0.49 μM (HCT-116 cells).
