Bioactivity | Fructosyl-peptide oxidase (FPOX-CE) (Fructosyl-peptide: oxygen oxidoreductase) is an enzyme that catalyzes the oxidation of glycopeptides. Fructosyl-peptide oxidase (FPOX-CE) shows high activity against small molecule glycated peptides, but no activity is detected against the glycated hexapeptide standard fVHLTPE used in the study. Fructosyl-peptide oxidase (FPOX-CE) can be used in the study of diabetes monitoring[1]. |
