Analysis was performed at 40°C with a 1.0 mL/min flow rate and UV detection at 218 nm. The method demonstrated a linear calibration curve (160–240 μg/mL, R2=0.9997), LOD of 1.4 ng/mL, and LOQ of 7.0 ng/mL. The method showed high accuracy, precision (R.S.D. <1.0%), and recovery rates (98.27% and 100.40%), making it reliable for quality control of fluorapacin API and drug products[1]. |
