Bioactivity	Eritoran tetrasodium (E5564) is a Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) antagonist. Eritoran tetrasodium protects mice against lethal influenza virus infection, such as Ebola virus (EBOV), Marburg virus (MARV). Eritoran tetrasodium decreases the level of granulocytosis, may alleviate the severity of the "cytokine storm". Eritoran tetrasodium inhibits pathogenesis of filovirus infection. Eritoran tetrasodium has anti-inflammatory activity[1][2].
In Vivo	Eritoran tetrasodium (233 μg/小鼠；腹腔注射；10 天) 保护小鼠免受 EBOV 致死性感染，实验结束时保有 70% 的生存率[1]。Eritoran tetrasodium (2 μL of 1.1 mg/mL, 滴注角膜) 在小鼠中对 LPS (HY-D1056) 诱导的角膜炎症具有抑制作用[2]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. Animal Model:
