Bioactivity Elziverine (Ro 22-4839) is a brain circulation improvement agent with vasospasm antispasmodic effects. Elziverine is a calmodulin antagonist. Elziverine inhibits erythrocyte cell membrane rupture, platelet aggregation and lipid peroxidation[1].
