Bioactivity Eltoprazine (DU 28853) dihydrochloride is a 5-HT1A/5-HT1B receptors agonist and a 5-HT2C receptor antagonist. Eltoprazine dihydrochloride shows antiaggressive and anxiogenic effects[1][2].
In Vivo 大鼠长期接受 Mianserin (10 mg/kg,腹腔注射)或 Eltoprazine(1 mg/kg,腹腔注射)治疗,并在高架十字迷宫测试中进行焦虑测试。Mianserin 和 Eltoprazine 在高架十字迷宫中表现出相反的作用:Mianserin 会产生抗焦虑样作用,而 Eltoprazine 则表现出类焦虑作用[2]。
