Bioactivity Eleutherobin is a potent β-microtubule inhibitor with an IC50 value of 2 μM. Eleutherobin can be isolated from a marine soft coral. Eleutherobin has cytotoxic activity against cancer cells with similar potency to that of Paclitaxel (HY-B0015). Anticancer activity[1][2].
