Bioactivity Diplacol is a geranylated flavanone that can be isolated from paulownia trees (Paulownia coreana UYEKI). Diplacol has anti-inflammatory activity. Diplacol inhibits NO production in LPS-stimulated Raw264.7 cells with an IC50 value of 4.53 μM[1].
