Bioactivity Difenoconazole is a sterol demethylation inhibitor, as a fungicide. Difenoconazole binds the heme portion of the fungal cytochrome P450 51, interferes the mycelial growth and inhibits the spore germination of pathogens, suppressing fungal growth[1].
Invitro Difenoconazole 抑制禾谷镰刀菌 (Fusarium graminearum) 生长,EC50 为 1.69 ~ 19.6 mg/L[2]。Difenoconazole 抑制加链格孢 (Alternaria solani)、茄子叶霉病菌 (Fulvia fulva)、贵腐霉菌 (Botrytis cinerea)、立枯丝核菌 (Rhizoctonia solani) 的生长,EC50s 分别为 0.131、0.069、0.297 和 0.252 mg/L[2]。
