Bioactivity DiMNF (3',4'-Dimethoxy-αNF) is a selective aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) modulator. DiMNF is a competitive AHR ligand (IC50 = 21 nM) with apparent antagonistic activity. DiMNF can be used as an anti-inflammatory agent[1].
