Bioactivity | Dehydrozingerone, a structural half analogue of Curcumin (HY-N0005), is a phenolic compound with antibacterial, anticancer, antioxidant, anti-Alzheimer’s and antifungal activity, which is isolated from ginger (Zingiber officinale) rhizomes. Dehydrozingerone shows moderate inhibitory activities on the secretion of HBsAg in HepG 2 cells with an IC50 value of 0.50 mM[1][2][3]. |
