Dactimicin is an antibiotic that can inhibit the growth of methicillin-susceptible S. aureus isolates and coagulase-negative staphylococci with MIC50s of 2μg/mL. Dactimicin is active against organisms possessing aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes[1]. |
