Bioactivity Daclizumab (Zenapax) is a humanized, monoclonal antibody that blocks CD25 (α-subunit of the high-affinity interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R-HA)). Daclizumab (Zenapax) reversibly binds to CD25and prevents the interaction of IL-2 with the IL-2R-HA. Daclizumab (Zenapax) can be used for multiple sclerosis research[1].
