Bioactivity DPTN is a potent and selective human, mouse, and rat A3AR antagonist with Ki values of 1.65, 9.61, and 8.53 nM, respectively[1].
Invitro DPTN 是人、小鼠和大鼠 A3AR 的有效拮抗剂。但与人 A3AR 相比,DPTN 对小鼠和大鼠的作用较弱,选择性降低 (约为 A2BAR 的20倍)。[1]。 DNPT (10 μM) 在转染 HEK293 细胞的细胞膜上的结合亲和力测试表明,其对 hA1、hA2A、hA2B 和 hA3 的 Ki 值分别为 162±49、121±42、230±40 和 1.65±0.57 nM[1]。DPTN 在 A1、A2A、A2B和A3 受体上的 Ki 值分别为 411、830、189 和 9.61 nM (小鼠); 333、1147、163、8.53 nM (大鼠)。
