Bioactivity | DMPX (3,7-Dimethyl-1-propargylxanthine) is a BBB-penatrable caffeine analogue. DMPX is A2 selective adenosine receptor (AR) antagonist that strongly and selectively blocks hypothermia and behavioral inhibition induced by A2 adenosine receptor agonists such as NECA (HY-103173). DMPX can be used in the study of Parkinson's disease and other diseases[1][2]. |
