Bioactivity D-methionine sulfoxide hydrochloride is the D-isomer of Methionine sulfoxide hydrochloride. Methionine sulfoxide is an oxidation product of methionine. Methionine is the limiting amino acid in milk or leguminous proteins, which is easily oxidized during the course of storage or processing[1].
Invitro Methionine is one of the most limiting amino acids in poultry rations[1].
