Bioactivity | Cytogenin (Antibiotic MI 43-37F11) is an orally active antineoplastic antibiotic. Cytogenin regulates the inflammatory cytokine, reduces the levels of iNOS, NO and IL-6 in mouse macrophages, and exhibits antidiabetic efficacy in mice. Cytogenin inhibits growth of Ehrlich ascites tumor in mouse model[1][2][3]. |
