Cy5 is a Cyanine dye (with a long wavelength about 662nm) that can be used for molecular labeling and microscopy imaging. Paclitaxel stabilizes tubulin polymerization. Paclitaxel can cause both mitotic arrest and apoptotic cell death. Paclitaxel also induces autophagy[1]. |
