Bioactivity | Cucumarioside A2-2 is a triterpene glycoside with antitumor activity. Cucumarioside A2-2 can induce mouse macrophage polarization toward the M1 phenotype. Cucumarioside A2-2 pretreated macrophages can effectively and selectively target and kill multiple types of cancer cells. Cucumarioside A2-2-induced M1 macrophages can effectively target and penetrate tumor tissues and improve the survival rate of mice in an allogeneic model. Exogenous activation of Cucumarioside A2-2 provides a useful model for the subsequent development of antitumor cell immunosuppression[1]. |
