| Bioactivity | CellTracker Orange CMRA Dye is a fluorescent dye. CellTracker Orange CMRA Dye can be used for cell imaging and monitoring the movement and location of cells[1]. |
| Invitro | Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).Cell viability assay[1]:1. Adds 5 μM CellTracker Orange CMRA Dye to each sample at 27-33℃ for 30 min to label sample.2. Centrifuges cells 1000 g for 10 min, resuspends cell pellet in pre-warmed 10% iFCS RPMI (3*107cells/Ml).3. Incubates cells at 27-33℃ for 30 min.4. Centrifuges cells 1000 g for 10 min and wash with pre-warmed PBS without Ca2+ and Mg2+.5. Centrifuges cells 1000 g for 10 min and cells resuspends in pre-warmed 10% iFCS RPMI.6. Measure fluorescence intensity (Ex=548 nm, Em=576 nm). |
