Bioactivity | Ceftolozane (CXA-101) sulfate is an antipseudomonal cephalosporin. Ceftolozane sulfate inhibits P. aeruginosa PAO1 with an MIC of 0.5 μg/mL. Ceftolozane sulfate can also inhibit β-lactam-resistant P. aeruginosa[1][2]. |
