Bioactivity | Cedefingol is an antitumor compound with α-glucosidase inhibitory activity. Cedefingol was identified together with other compounds in fermented dark tea samples. The biotransformation of cedefingol is related to enzymatic hydrolysis, hydrolysis and biosynthesis. Cedefingol exhibited different bioactivities in samples with different fermentation times. The antioxidant properties of cedefingol showed certain activity in the DPPH model[1]. |
