Bioactivity	Capromorelin (CP 424391) is a pyrazolinone-piperidine dipeptide. Capromorelin is an orally active and potent growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) (hGHS-R1a Ki=7 nM, rat pituicyte EC50=3 nM)[1].
In Vivo	在麻醉大鼠模型中，Capromorelin 可增加血浆GH水平，且ED50值小于 0.05 mg/kg iv[1]。Capromorelin 在啮齿类动物模型中表现出增强肠道吸收的特性，并表现出优异的药代动力学特性，包括两种动物的高生物利用度 [F(大鼠)=65%，F(狗)=44%][1]。
