Butyrolactone Ia inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced mRNA expression of iNOS and the inflammatory cytokine IL-1β. Butyrolactone Ia modulates autophagy in HeLa cells, and exhibits immune suppressive activity[1]. |
