| Bioactivity | Bitis Gabonica Venom (Gaboon Viper Venom) is a snake venom that can be obtained from Bitis Gabonica. The gabonase can be purified from the Bitis Gabonica Venom, and clot fibrinogen with specific activity. gabonase releases fibrinopeptides A and B and inhibits platelet aggregation. Gabonase also activates factor XIII[1][2]. |
