Bioactivity Bisandrographolide C is an unusual dimer of ent-labdane diterpenoid isolated and identified from Andrographis paniculata. Bisandrographolide C activates TRPV1 and TRPV3 channels with Kd values of 289 and 341 μM respectively, and protects cardiomyocytes from hypoxia-reoxygenation injury[1].
