Bioactivity | Beloxepin (Org 4428) is an orally active synaptosomal noradrenalin reuptake inhibitor and a 5-HT2 receptor antagonist. Beloxepin shows about 100-fold less affine for other monoamine carriers. Beloxepin has antidepressant and pain-relieving effects[1][2]. |
