Bioactivity | BM-962 (Compound 31) is a potent small-molecule inhibitor of Bcl-2 with an IC50 value of 4 nM (Ki=0.8 nM) and Bcl-xL with an IC50 value of 3.9 nM (Ki <1 nM).
