Bioactivity BKM1644, an acyl-tyrosine bisphosphonate amide derivative, exhibits potent anti-cancer activity. BKM1644 effectively inhibits the proliferation of metastatic, castration-resistant prostate cance (mCRPC) cells. BKM1644 sensitizes mCRPC cells to Docetaxel (HY-B0011) and retards the bone metastatic growth of prostate cance[1].
