Bioactivity BE-12406B is an antitumor agent that can be found in the culture broth of a streptomycete. BE-12406B can inhibit the growth of Vincristine (HY-N0488)-resistant or Doxorubicin (HY-15142A)-resistant P388 murine leukemia cell lines as well as their parent sensitive cell line[1][2].
