Bioactivity | Atractylodinol, an antimicrobial, is a PRRSV (porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus) inhibitor. Atractylodinol inhibits TGF-β receptor I recycling by binding to vimentin (KD of 454 nM) and inducing the formation of filamentous aggregates[1][2]. |
