Bioactivity Asparaginase Erwinia chrysanthemi (Crisantaspase) is a specific asparaginase with anti-acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) activity. Asparaginase Erwinia chrysanthemi also depletes Glutamine to inhibit the growth of hepatocellular tumors in a mouse model[1][2].
