Bioactivity Artemisinin-13C,d4 is 13C and deuterated labeled Artemisinin (HY-B0094). Artemisinin (Qinghaosu), a sesquiterpene lactone, is an anti-malarial agent isolated from the aerial parts of Artemisia annua L. plants[1]. Artemisinin inhibits AKT signaling pathway by decreasing pAKT in a dose-dependent manner. Artemisinin reduces cancer cell proliferation, migration, invasion, tumorigenesis and metastasis and has neuroprotective effects[2].
Invitro 氢、碳和其他元素的稳定重同位素已被纳入药物分子中,主要作为药物开发过程中定量的示踪剂。氘化引起了人们的关注,因为它可能影响药物的药代动力学和代谢谱[1]。Artemisinin (Qinghaosu) (25 or 50 μM; 24 hours) 浓度依赖性地抑制 Aβ25-35 诱导的 PC12 细胞毒性[2]。 Artemisinin (1-100 μM; 24 hours) 以剂量依赖性方式选择性地抑制癌细胞生长,其对 UMRC-2 细胞和 CAKI-2 细胞的 IC50 值分别为23.97, 31.30 μM[3]。 Artemisinin (25, 50 μM; 24 hours) 以剂量依赖性方式抑制 UMRC-2 和 CAKI-2 细胞中 AKT 的磷酸化[3]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. 0 --> Artemisinin-13C,d4 相关抗体:
In Vivo Artemisinin (gavage; 20 mg/kg/day; for two weeks) 抑制 UMRC-2 异种移植肿瘤的生长[3]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
