Bioactivity Arachidonylcyclopropylamide (ACPA) is a potent and selective CB1 receptors agonist. Arachidonylcyclopropylamide inhibits forskolin-stimulated cAMP production in CHO cells transfected with human cannabinoid CB1 receptors (IC50=2 nM)[1].
Invitro Arachidonylcyclopropylamide induces a dose-dependent increase in BV-2 cell migration (EC50=2.2 nM)[2].
