Invitro | Apoptosis inducer 8 (Compound 7c) exhibits an excellent growth inhibition against A-549, NCI-H460, MCF-7 and MDA-MB-23 cells with IC50 values of 0.63 ± 0.21, 0.99 ± 0.01, 1.3 ± 0.18 and 0.94 ± 0.02 µM, respectively[1]. |
